It's easy! There are basically two ways we can provide your custom embroidery.

In the examples you see here, you send Charles N. Pete Designs your design, either in .JPG form, via personal meeting or US mail. We then provide a quote for your design to be mapped, so the embroidery machine will be able to read and then stitch out your design. Upon approval of the quote, you will receive a proof via e-mail or regular mail for your approval. We require payment for this set up before the proof process begins. We can usually provide a quote within two days of submission and the proof can usually be on its way to you within three days. There is opportunity for editing within reason.

The other option is for you to choose from our thousands of stock designs and we can add the lettering you choose to create a design that is all your own. We provide print outs of these designs for your approval. Examples of these designs can be seen in Baby Apparel/Gifts, Kids Apparel, and Home Gifts sections.

During this time, you can begin choosing what you want your design to be embroidered on. There are several links on this site that you can choose from. We have other suppliers as well for many other items if you do not see what you are looking for. We are also happy to embroider on goods that you provide. If we are bringing in the goods for you, we require payment for the goods before they are ordered; embroidery charges will be billed upon delivery.
